Tool department
The production of the high quality zip-fasteners combined with high efficiency would be impossible without well equipped tool department. From the beginning our company has developed this area of our activity together with zip-fastener production. Modern and well equipped tool department allows for preparation of tools, core cutters, injection moulds, machine parts, and complete production lines required for the zip-fastener production process.
Due to many years’ experience, highly qualified design engineers and machine operators we can provide companies from other areas with our services. For many years we have been producing injection moulds, core cutters, gauges, machine parts and specialised tools for, inter alia, automotive, furniture, cooling industry…
Regardless of complete tool preparation we provide services on the following conventional and CNC devices:
- CNC milling machine (MAS MCV 754 Quick 3-axle) shifts: 1000x550x600 (X,Y,Z)
- CNC milling machine (BT-1050 3-axle) shifts: 754x500x550 (X,Y,Z)
- conventional milling machines
- two flat-surface grinders Jotes SPC20a, shifts: 500x200x200 (X,Y,Z)
- cylindrical grinder. The scope of diameters: 8-200 [mm] for the length: max 500 [mm]
- internal grinding machine. The scope of diameters: 10-100 [mm] for the length: max 160
[mm] - three high precision Jungner grinders: US-2305 (for precise grinding of holes, cylinders,
angles, small radiuses) - conventional lathes
- two countersink erosion machines (Deckel) shifts: 500x300x300 (X,Y,Z)
- hardening furnaces.
This year we also plan to buy a wire cutting machine produced by Abplanalp Accutex shifts:
350x2500x220 (X,Y,Z). Cutting angle up to 22,5.
